We shine a spotlight on influential women in tech who generously share their expertise, experiences, and leadership. Not only do they inspire others aspiring to advance within their field, but they also serve as mentors, guiding the next generation of women in tech.
On a more personal level, we provide a dedicated “Parents Corner” to assist parents in navigating the realm of technology for their children, who are the future leaders in IT. We also provide a dedicated “Ladies’ Lounge” as we feel it is important to learn how technology can help women find balance between work and personal life to better manage stress and avoid burnout by fulfilling other areas of our life that aren’t swallowed up by work.
MEET THE FOUNDER, LaTasha Butler.
LaTasha Butler holds a master’s degree in business from FAU. She owns NTELLEX LLC, a thriving technology business, and leads the Ladies Talk Cyber initiative, which empowers women in the tech industry. Her career spans over 20 years across sectors such as government, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare.
Born into a military family, LaTasha traveled the world as a child and later chose to serve in the U.S.A.F., following in her father’s footsteps. During this journey, she discovered a passion for technology, starting her tech career through selfstudy and volunteering for the local IT division, which eventually transitioned into her civilian life.
As a devoted mother of two girls, who unknowingly inspire her daily, LaTasha strives to model the truth of a limitless life, demonstrating that boundaries are opportunities for creativity and resilience.
Outside the tech world, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughters and pets, indulging in live music, reading, and embracing the tranquility of nature. Her favorite sport to watch is MMA, adding an exciting twist to her multifaceted life.
LaTasha’s story is an inspiring testament to resilience, passion, and the drive to make a difference in the world of technology.
